PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and security-related protocols at a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and medical and/or facility-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity to support authorized access and document security-related events according to post orders. Support emergency response activities, including alarms, evacuations, and directed assistance during critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
