Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the property. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency contacts. Conduct regular and random foot and/or mobile patrols throughout building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entry points, common areas, and tenant spaces as assigned, assist with access control practices, and document security-related events, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations. Support daily operations at the location by observing surroundings, assisting with directions or general inquiries, and following post orders and Allied Universal standards for unarmed patrol assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
