Job Description As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Port Arthur, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, operational areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor access points, verify entry and exit activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns according to site procedures. Support routine operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. A TSA issued TWIC is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
