PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and other security-related policies at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity to help support controlled access throughout the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, gates, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with attention to restricted areas, access points, and other sensitive operational spaces. Prepare clear reports on daily activity, incidents, and access-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized entry by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
