PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols throughout the retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including contacting mall management and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help document suspicious behavior, assist with access-related concerns, and/or support crowd management during busy periods. Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant observations to supervisors, property representatives, and/or local authorities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to work varying Branch Flex shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, is required. At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Reliable transportation is required for Branch Flex assignments. Ability to accommodate last minute shift scheduling for Branch Flex assignments is required. Ability to travel the required distance for Branch Flex assignments is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
