Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support access control procedures for personnel, deliveries, and/or visitors at the location. Support security-related operations by communicating with site leadership and/or public emergency responders, completing required reports, and following post orders for the assigned area.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
