AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or unauthorized access. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized persons from accessing restricted areas. Support access control, visitor processing, and incident reporting functions while following Allied Universal standards and site-specific post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Guard card is required. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
