Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquets or events

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a bartender in the food industry or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for cash handling
• Familiarity with banquet or catering operations is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or issues
