Primary Responsibilities:

• Personal care and assisting with activities of daily living
• Companionship, meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation
• changing linens
• Medication reminders
• Working with Alzheimer's & Dementia clients

Qualifications:

• Compassionate care services to patients in their home.
• Valid driver's license
• CPR first aide cert, Level 2 Background Screening
• CEU's for HIV/AIDS and Alzheimer's/Dementia
• Able to use a smartphone to clock in and out
