Self Storage Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Storage Manager to oversee our storage facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a well-organized and secure storage environment. Must have extended experience in Sitelink and management skills.

Duties:

• Manage and supervise storage facility operations
• Implement and maintain efficient storage processes
• Oversee inventory management and control
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Train and develop staff on storage management best practices
• Handle budgeting and financial aspects of the facility
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
• Perform cash handling duties accurately
• Utilize retail math skills for inventory tracking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility

Requirements:

• Proven experience in store management or similar role
• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers
• Strong training development skills for staff empowerment
• Ability to handle budgeting and financial responsibilities effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management
• Experience in cash handling procedures
