In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating semi-trucks equipped with dump beds to transport and unload bulk materials efficiently across various routes. Your expertise in truck driving, load & unload procedures, and route management will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties Safely operate semi-trucks with dump beds, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment Drive assigned routes efficiently, adhering to schedules and optimizing delivery times Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route updates, delivery status, and any issues encountered during transit Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record Experience operating manual transmission trucks and tractor-trailers but not required Knowledge of tanker trucks, and dump trucks is highly desirable Proven delivery driver experience with a focus on load & unload procedures and route driving Strong understanding of safety protocols related to freight transportation and vehicle operation Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and professionalism!
