Semi Truck Driver

Ridge Rock Freight is a growing freight transportation company committed to safety, reliability, and building long-term careers for experienced drivers. Driver will be home nightly. We are looking for professional, dependable drivers who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and operate equipment safely and responsibly. Ridgerockfreight.com Responsibilities Safely transport vehicles and freight to assigned destinations Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Ensure loads are properly secured Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers Meet delivery schedules Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Collect and verify delivery instructions Report defects, accidents or violations Skills Proven work experience as a truck driver Ability to drive long hours. Home each night Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations No recent moving or driving violations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc) Valid Class A CDL license 1
