Senior Accountant

Responsibilities - Senior Accountant Manage monthly financial consolidation with plant-level controllers Create, maintain, and enforce internal control procedures Oversee corporate and state tax reporting, filings, and compliance with outside auditor Direct annual financial and tax audits, ensuring timely completion Work with CFO to manage cash flow and treasury team activities Administer property and casualty insurance programs with senior leadership Along with plant controllers, maintain the company's fixed asset management system Produce accurate and timely reporting for ownership, senior management, lenders, and other external stakeholders Support and lead special projects and process improvements as needed Qualifications - Senior Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or 7-10 years of experience in accounting and/or finance (CPA is a plus)• Manufacturing experience is a positive Understanding of GAAP and multi-entity consolidations Familiarity with corporate tax, treasury operations, and audit management Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities competently and with discretion

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
