We're seeking a Senior Accountant who not only excels in core accounting functions but is also comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to improve financial processes and system efficiency. What You'll Do Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations (banking, credit cards, inventory, accruals, etc.) Manage expense tracking, controls, and financial documentation Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance activities Oversee intercompany transactions and payment coordination Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven tools and automation within finance workflows Collaborate on improving financial systems, reporting processes, and data accuracy through technology What You Bring Degree in Accounting or related field Strong experience with accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks or similar systems) Advanced Excel skills Comfort working with or implementing AI tools, automation, or modern finance systems Analytical mindset with an interest in process improvement and efficiency Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred What's Offered Opportunity to work with an international, cross-functional team Collaborative and forward-thinking work environment Health and vision coverage Paid time off and recognized holidays Career growth and development opportunities
