Job Description Are you a data-driven thinker who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and business impact? We're looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to help drive profitable growth and strengthen our competitive positioning. Position Overview In this role, you'll execute and optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness. You'll analyze pricing and cost trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver data-driven insights that directly influence revenue growth and business performance. What You'll Do
  • Execute and refine pricing strategies to drive profitable growth
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and internal/external cost changes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align pricing with business objectives
  • Evaluate pricing performance and recommend data-driven adjustments
  • Ensure pricing structures support company growth and profitability goals
  • Communicate pricing strategies and insights to key stakeholders
  • Lead collaborative pricing negotiations with clients or vendors
  • Continuously improve pricing processes to enhance revenue and margins
  • Support additional initiatives as needed What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of pricing methodologies and financial modeling
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven success executing pricing strategies
  • Experience with ERP systems for pricing analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
