Friday Location:

Argyle, TX - Onsite Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP Prepare monthly account reconciliations Support the implementation of a new billing platform Prepare quarterly commission statements and payment summaries Assist in annual audit preparation, including work papers and coordination with auditors Provide support for accounts payable and payroll functions as needed Contribute to the forecasting and budgeting processes and support tax and regulatory filings Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives Required Experience and Job Qualifications 3-5 years of previous experience as Accountant Experience working with Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, and also on revenue billing systems such as Stripe Bachelor's degree in accounting CPA or CPA candidate preferred Public accounting experience is a plus Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations Background working with SaaS companies and knowledge of ASC 606 is a plus Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and US GAAP Advanced Excel skills — capable of building and automating detailed financial models Ability to solve complex problems using multiple data sources Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information How to apply If you are interested in the position, please send your Resume / CV with a cover letter enclosed and salary expectations indicated to Please include your Resume / CV with a cover letter enclosed and salary expectations indicated .
