Stanford, CA (Onsite / Hybrid - California residency required) Full-Time (FTE) Starting at $120,000 About the Role Seeking a Business Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance critical business and financial applications that enable high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care. This role focuses on designing, building, and supporting complex integrations between Supply Chain and Finance systems , including Workday, within a highly collaborative healthcare IT environment. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise combined with healthcare business operations knowledge and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities Design, test, maintain, and troubleshoot complex integrations between Supply Chain and Finance applications (including Workday) Provide Tier 2 application support and resolve incidents escalated from the help desk Monitor production systems daily to ensure performance and stability Lead small-to-medium software enhancements, upgrades, and workflow improvements Develop and modify system tables, master files, and configurations Collaborate with Infrastructure, Integration, Reporting, and Help Desk teams Analyze and resolve complex system and workflow issues Support requirements gathering, documentation, and test case development Mentor junior analysts and support workflow documentation efforts Participate in cross-functional meetings and maintain documentation Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT or enterprise systems support Strong understanding of business/financial systems in a healthcare environment Experience with SDLC, Agile, and system implementation methodologies Hands-on experience supporting Supply Chain Management systems (e.g., Workday, Lawson) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Workday Finance & Supply Chain certification Experience with at least 2 major system implementations or upgrades API integration experience and/or AI tool implementation exposure Knowledge of server systems, databases, scripting, monitoring, and DR/HA environments Core Skills Complex systems integration and workflow design Healthcare financial and supply chain operations Application support and incident management Process improvement and system optimization Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement Technical documentation and requirements gatheringSimilar remote jobs
