Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Prepare meals as needed Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up) Provide medication reminders (no administration) Accompany clients to appointments or errands (if applicable) Document care provided and report any changes in condition Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous caregiving experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and reliable Ability to pass background check and reference checks Must complete the company's caregiver training Must obtain CPR certification Must provide valid TB test results Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred) Ability to lift/move up to 25-50 lbs as needed Benefits Competitive pay Earned Wage Access; Work today, get paid today!
