Key Responsibilities:

Design and evolve Cassandra / DataStax schemas, tables, indexes, and ETL solutions for scalability and resiliencePartner closely with application and architecture teams to guide data modeling and query designSet standards for performance, capacity planning, and best practices across the platformProactively monitor workloads and drive design improvements before issues reach productionContribute to automation and platform modernization using Ansible, and shell scripting qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field. 7+ years of dedicated professional experience managing and optimizing NoSQL database platforms. Extensive, hands-on administrative and architectural expertise with Apache Cassandra and/or DataStax. Profound understanding of distributed systems architecture and advanced performance tuning methodologies. Proven experience automating routine database operations and deployments using Ansible and shell scripting. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership over production system health.
