Up to $105,000 annually ALKEME Insurance, one of the fastest-growing independent retail insurance agencies in the U.S., is hiring a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager with Applied Epic expertise to lead training, onboarding, and workflow enablement for our Commercial Lines teams. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial insurance account manager who understands retail brokerage operations and wants to move beyond servicing a single book of business to help standardize and elevate how teams work across the organization. Key Responsibilities for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager Deliver Applied Epic training for Commercial Lines Account Managers Design and lead onboarding for new commercial insurance account managers Train Epic workflows including renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy servicing Create standardized procedures and documentation for commercial lines insurance operations Partner with Commercial leadership to identify workflow gaps and process improvements Deliver training in-person, virtually, and through written and recorded materials Required Qualifications for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager Experience as an Independent Retail Insurance Commercial Lines Account Manager or Senior Commercial Account Manager (required) Strong hands-on knowledge of Applied Epic in a retail insurance agency or brokerage Experience servicing commercial property and casualty insurance accounts Background mentoring, onboarding, or training account managers (formal or informal) Organized, process-driven, and confident explaining complex insurance workflows Why ALKEME Insurance ALKEME combines the stability of a Top-40 national insurance broker with the culture and momentum of a growth-stage organization.
