Mentoring Full Job Description Overview:

Apogee has exciting opportunities for Senior Configuration/Data Managers supporting AFLCMC directorates. These senior-level positions provide expert configuration and data management support for complex acquisition programs. This is a full-time position located at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

Lead configuration management activities for major programs Provide expert guidance on complex CM/DM issues Chair or co-chair CCBs Lead FCA/PCA planning and execution Mentor junior CM/DM personnel Develop CM/DM plans and strategies Provide expert analysis of configuration impacts Lead resolution of complex configuration issues Develop and implement CM/DM processes Provide strategic guidance on data management Lead coordination with contractors on CM/DM matters Develop training materials for CM/DM processes Review and approve complex configuration changes

Qualifications:

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship:

Must be a US citizen

Clearance:

Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearance

Education:

High School diploma or

GED Years of Experience:

10 years of CM/DM experience, 5 years in DoD Expert knowledge of configuration management processes Extensive experience with CCB management Knowledge of EIA-649 or equivalent CM standards Experience with complex acquisition programs Advanced proficiency in CM tools and databases Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to mentor and train others
