Job Description:
Senior Customer Service Representative Our client is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for their dynamic team. This direct-hire role offers a rewarding environment, generous PTO, and great benefits! Responsibilities of the Senior Customer Service Representative Assist customers via phone and email to answer questions and resolve issues promptly Schedule service tickets and job tickets Communicate customer needs vigilantly to keep technical team on track, on time, and productive Maintain accurate records Review reports and take appropriate action Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional service and ensure smooth operation Qualifications of the Senior Customer Service Representative High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate environment Exceptional computer proficiency in MS Office applications Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written business communication skills Active thinker with excellent problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and organized; adept at managing multiple priorities The Senior Customer Service Representative works Monday through Friday from 7:45am-4:45pm.
