Senior HVAC Service Technician - 5 Years Experience Required

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for experienced technicians who can confidently troubleshoot systems, communicate clearly with customers, and take pride in delivering high quality work. We are looking for someone who can work independently, make sound decisions in the field, and represent the company professionally. Duties Diagnose, service, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment Perform system testing and troubleshooting Present repair recommendations and explain findings to customers Complete maintenance and service calls efficiently and accurately Document service calls using iPad software (photos, notes, forms) Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow safety procedures and company standards Communicate clearly with dispatchers, management, and customers Participate in on-call rotation as needed Requirements Minimum 5 years residential HVAC service experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently in the field Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors EPA certification required

Pay:

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
