Job Description

We are seeking a highly autonomous, detail-oriented professional to manage a diverse immigration caseload from intake through filing. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and be able to work independently on complex filings with minimal oversight. Whether you are a licensed attorney or an expert senior paralegal, you must demonstrate mastery of USCIS, DOL, and DOS procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a high volume of cases, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, I-140, I-485, and family-based petitions. Prepare complex support letters, rebuttals to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and motions. (Attorneys will also draft legal briefs for EOIR Court/BIA). Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing status updates and explaining procedural requirements. Ensure all filings meet current regulatory standards and strict deadlines. Assess case facts to determine the best filing strategy or identify potential grounds of inadmissibility.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. immigration law. Proven ability to move a case from "start to finish" without needing step-by-step guidance.
Education/Licensure:
For Attorneys:
J.D./LLM
degree and active bar membership in any U.S. state.
For Paralegals:
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate with a track record of high-level case ownership. Microsoft Office, Westlaw/LexisNexis, Legal Research & Case Strategy, Data Management. Bilingualism (English/Mandarin) is highly preferred for our diverse client base.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
