This role will work closely with senior leadership across highly collaborative business groups and requires a strong relationship-builder who can operate both strategically and analytically.

Responsibilities:

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis and reporting Develop financial models and operational analyses Partner with business leaders on financial decision-making Support annual planning and strategic initiatives Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting enhancements Prepare presentations and financial materials for leadership

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A experience Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Consumer products, retail, or apparel industry experience SAP, Hyperion, or BI systems exposure MBA and/or CPA Experience supporting highly collaborative business groups

Compensation:
