Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager with a hybrid work in office cadence (3 I/O, 2 WFH) to lead the performance and growth of a dot come commercial business. This role owns the DTC channel end-to-end, driving revenue, optimizing the customer experience, and translating strategy into execution. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business, partnering closely with Marketing, Planning, Design and Product teams. This role is accessible by train (Metro North) or car from NYC. The salary range for this role is $140,000.
Responsibilities:
Own ecommerce performance (revenue, CVR, AOV) and deliver against growth targets Develop and execute trading strategy (promotions, product focus, pacing) Lead ecommerce roadmap (UX, CRO, site enhancements, technology) Drive site optimization through testing, analytics, and customer insights Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Inventory, and Product teams Manage external agencies (development, SEO, CRO) Own ecommerce budget and P&L performance Ensure alignment with brand and licensor guidelines Partner with Design and Planning to create the proper assortment strategy. Development Agency Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in ecommerce or DTC performance roles with at least 3 years in a management position Strong commercial and analytical mindset Experience managing site performance, CRO, and digital best practices Ability to own P&L and drive measurable growth Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Experience in apparel or consumer goods preferred High proficiency in Excel Curiosity for data and analysis If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
