Position Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Senior Paraplanner / Financial Planning Specialist to join our wealth management team and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning to our clients. In this role you would partner with advisors and lead the financial planning process, specializing in building comprehensive financial plans, analyzing client data, and creating scenarios within the MoneyGuide Pro & Wealth Studios software. This is not an entry-level role. You will independently build and manage planning cases and contribute meaningfully to the development of client strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep financial planning work and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial plans using MoneyGuidePro, including retirement projections, cash flow modeling, and goal-based scenario analysis Analyze and input client data by reviewing tax returns, account statements, and insurance details Prepare client meeting deliverables, including customized reports, projections, and presentations that translate complex data into clear insights Support the client experience by assisting with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and ongoing updates to financial plans Coordinate client service and ensure compliance by managing workflows in CRM systems and maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation Stay current on tax lax, estate regulations, product and strategy solutions, and market trends to ensure up-to-date advice delivery Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ Years of experience working in financial services (RIA, wealth management, or broker-dealer environment) 3-5+ years of experience with MoneyGuidePro software 1-2+ years of experience with Wealth Studios software Demonstrated ability to build and interpret comprehensive financial plans independently Strong knowledge of tax planning, estate strategies, and insurance planning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with advisors and clients SIE, Series 7, and 66 licenses preferred, but not required CFP® designation (or actively pursuing) preferred
