Boston, MA/Acton, MA (Onsite first 90 days, then hybrid potential)

Pay Range:

$60-70/hr Medical Equipment Manufacturing We are seeking a Senior Post Market Data Analyst to support post-market surveillance activities, complaint data analysis, reporting, and compliance initiatives within a medical device/life sciences environment. Responsibilities Analyze and manage post-market surveillance and complaint data Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Support annual product reviews and regulatory reporting Work with cross-functional teams including Quality and Regulatory Perform data extraction, cleansing, and reporting activities Support vigilance, CAPA, and risk management activities Track project deliverables and support operational initiatives Generate actionable insights from multiple data sources including TrackWise Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of experience in post-market surveillance, quality, compliance, or data analytics within medical device/life sciences Strong Power BI experience Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis Knowledge of medical device regulations Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Advanced Excel skills Experience with Spotfire TrackWise experience Knowledge of complaint handling, vigilance, and risk management Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
