Viveka Health Job Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our member-facing mobile application — a core component of Viveka Health's benefits administration platform. In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle for our mobile app, from vision and roadmap through delivery and measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership to build a high-performance, mobile-first experience that modernizes how working families access and manage their healthcare benefits. This is an on-site leadership role based in Miami. We believe in fast feedback loops, strong ownership, and direct collaboration. Duties Define and communicate the mobile product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and growth targets. Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed, developer-ready product specifications. Ensure all user stories meet Definition of Ready before development begins. Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, and operations teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. Manage the mobile product lifecycle using Agile methodologies. Prioritize features based on user engagement data, customer feedback, and measurable business impact. Define clear acceptance criteria and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Partner with engineering to integrate APIs and backend systems into a seamless mobile experience. Track roadmap progress and delivery using Jira and other project management tools. Analyze product performance using SQL, analytics platforms, and engagement metrics to inform prioritization. Develop wireframes and product flows to clarify feature functionality. Present product updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Product Management within software or mobile application environments. Proven experience shipping and scaling consumer-facing mobile apps (iOS and Android). Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and structured requirements writing. Experience collaborating deeply with engineering teams on API-driven products. Technical familiarity with AWS environments, SQL databases, Git, and mobile app architectures. Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office suite. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize features based on data and business value. Experience defining test cases and overseeing UAT processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Ability to operate with high ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare, benefits, fintech, or regulated industries. Experience working with B2B2C platforms. Experience modernizing or replacing legacy systems.

Pay:

$135,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
