Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.). 2 years of experience in ML/AI-driven product development, including building and shipping machine learning classifiers, recommendation systems, or search algorithms. 1 year of experience designing safety-critical, fraud, abuse, or trust and safety systems, with experience managing system trade-offs (e.g., precision vs. recall).

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, policy, legal, and operational stakeholders to build scalable tools. Experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
