Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Strong operational knowledge, including service flow, inventory, and cost control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Must Haves (Unique day-to-day tasks specific to this role) : Direct and coordinate daily service to ensure smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover. Must have mid-to-large size (200+ seat) restaurant management experience. Proficient in POS systems and restaurant accounting practices. Exceptional communicator and ability to confidently converse with 150+ customers a night. ServSafe certified or similar food safety certificate from a recognized company.
