Part-Time Pay:

Position Overview The Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate role is primarily responsible for delivering excellent customer service to all retail customers while supporting shipping, printing, mail services, and store operations. Candidates with stronger experience, leadership skills, and business development Assistant Manager position.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong people and communication skills Sales and customer service experience Solid computer skills A positive, outgoing attitude Leadership potential and ownership mentality Graphic design experience or a willingness to learn print production is a major plus. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly and identify their needs while providing exceptional service Recommend and upsell products and services when appropriate Operate POS systems, printing equipment, copiers, fax machines, laminating, and binding equipment Receive, sort, and place mail accurately into mailboxes Pack and prepare shipments using established procedures (training provided) Process packages for shipping, including lifting, weighing, and label generation Assist with print production and customer print orders Become a public notary (paid training and certification provided) Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Assist with merchandising and stocking products Support team operations and flexible scheduling needs, including occasional weekends Help grow local print business through relationship building and outside sales efforts Additional Responsibilities for Senior Sales Associate / Assistant Manager Candidates Help oversee daily store operations Support training and mentoring of team members Assist ownership with scheduling, workflow, and customer issue resolution Take initiative in driving sales growth and operational improvements What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Sales-oriented mindset with confidence speaking to customers Interest in print services and business development Graphic design or print production experience is a plus Leadership qualities and ownership mentality strongly preferred Someone seeking long-term growth and stability Mature and responsible personality with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales Associate Candidates 2+ years of customer service or retail experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in print shop, shipping, UPS Store is a plus Senior Sales Associate / Assistant Manager Candidates 5+ years of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred Previous supervisor, key holder, assistant manager, or leadership experience strongly preferred Experience in print shop, shipping, UPS Store, or graphic design environments is a plus Compensation & Benefits $18•22/hour depending on experience Additional commission opportunities for outside print sales Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Paid training provided Opportunity for advancement into leadership and management roles
