We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while working in a positive and supportive environment. Compensation and Incentives $40 to $65 per hour $10,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Hires Sign on bonus paid quarterly Perks of Joining Our Team Welcoming and supportive therapy department Strong leadership and collaborative culture Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Well equipped rehab gym and therapy resources A workplace where employees feel appreciated and supported Primary Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans Provide therapy services related to speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing disorders Work closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress Educate residents and families regarding treatment goals and care plans Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Skilled nursing or post acute experience preferred but not required Full time status required for sign on bonus eligibility About Lacamas Creek Post Acute We are committed to providing high quality care while creating an environment where both patients and employees can thrive.
