Job Description

At Seek Thermal , we make the invisible visible. Our thermal imaging technology empowers professionals and consumers to detect, measure, and visualize heat — driving safety, efficiency, and innovation across industries. We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, integration, and verification of our next-generation thermal imaging systems. You'll collaborate with brilliant engineers in hardware, software, optics, and manufacturing to deliver cutting-edge imaging products used around the world. What You'll Do Define system architecture and technical requirements for thermal imaging devices. Conduct trade studies and develop performance budgets (NETD, MTF, latency, throughput). Partner with cross-functional teams to guide roadmap planning and technical trade-offs. Lead validation and verification testing for performance, reliability, and compliance. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for system-level challenges. Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in systems engineering. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field. 7+ years of experience in embedded systems or sensor-based product development. Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or equivalent system modeling tools. Experience with imaging sensors, optical alignment, calibration, or AI-enhanced imaging. $145,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
