Senior Tax Advisor

We are an established tax and financial planning firm seeking an experienced Sr. Tax Advisor to lead individual tax preparation and year-round tax planning for our clients. What You'll Do Prepare and review individual tax returns to include 1040s, Schedule C, rentals, K-1s, and multi-state Provide proactive tax planning and projections Collaborate with financial advisors on client strategies Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor Support workflow and team during tax season What We're Looking For CPA or EA with a demonstrated track record of success 5+ years of individual tax preparation experience Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax Experience with tax planning/advisory work Excellent communication and organizational skills Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and client experience Why Join Us Year-round role with meaningful tax planning work Flexible schedule outside of tax season Collaborative, client-focused environment Opportunity for growth and long-term impact Compensation (Based on experience) Competitive salary + performance-based bonus
