As a part of our Legal team, you'll help uphold Apple's high ethical and corporate standards, defend our intellectual property, and provide legal support for our global products and services. Together with your team, you'll provide the critical support needed worldwide for Apple products and businesses. At Apple, we are dedicated to making the best products on the planet. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive trademark paralegal to support Apple's Trademark Group. This role requires a solid understanding of U.S. and international trademark prosecution, enforcement, and adverse proceedings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, legal research, and drafting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and outside counsel. Successful candidates will be comfortable navigating complex issues and competing priorities, and will approach problem-solving in a creative and efficient manner. Bachelor's degree, AA degree, or equivalent experience\n6+ years of experience as a paralegal or equivalent\nExperience reviewing and analyzing documents and correspondence related to U.S. and international trademark prosecution and enforcement, and extracting relevant information for docketing systems\nExperience preparing documents and correspondence relating to trademark prosecution, including filings, registrations, and renewals\nExperience reviewing trademark documents such as watch notices, office actions, provisional refusals, and notices of irregularity\nStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and self-sufficiency Familiarity with SAEGIS and WebTMS \nStrong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite \nParalegal certificate with trademark specialization\nExperience with both law firm and in-house docketing systems\nExperience in technology and consumer electronics industries \nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and outside counsel \nSelf-starter with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities\nAbility to work independently while managing a high-volume workload and collaborating effectively within a large team in a fast-paced environment
