Septic Truck Driver Brown Septic Systems Oxford, CT Job Details Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Qualifications CDL B Outdoor work Customer service Attention to detail Cleaning Manual transmission Time management Tanker Endorsement Full Job Description Job Summary As a Septic Truck Driver for Brown Septic Systems, you will be responsible for operating a vacuum/septic truck to service residential and commercial septic systems. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. Responsibilities Operate septic vacuum truck safely and efficiently Pump, clean, and inspect septic tanks and systems Maintain accurate service records and complete job-related paperwork Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of equipment Requirements Valid CDL (Class B ) with tanker endorsement Must be capable of driving a 10 speed transmission. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Clean driving record Minimum 1 year of experience operating a vacuum or septic truck preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
