Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials and wine pairings, to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage upselling opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues swiftly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation guidelines in food preparation areas Skills Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting with accuracy Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
