FOR SERVER / BARTENDER POSITION AS A HYBRID ROLE

•Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service, menu knowledge, and effective communication. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system. Provide detailed menu descriptions, including happy hour and specials to enhance guest experience. Upsell food and beverage items to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with cash handling and basic math calculations for guest checks. Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest services.
