Server

Lord's, an English bistro in Greenwich Village, is hiring servers for both dinner service and weekend brunch service. Our servers are responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, upholding cleanliness of the dining room, taking food and beverage orders from guests, maintaining food and beverage knowledge, running food and drinks, bussing and resetting tables, putting away inventory, and assisting elsewhere in the dining room as needed. Our Servers report to the Assistant General Manager, the General Manager, the Owners and the Chef de Cuisine. We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive workplace culture, displaying great hospitality to our guests and colleagues, cooking delicious food, and serving delicious cocktails -- we expect our team to maintain and improve all elements of the restaurant. The ideal candidate has Manhattan serving experience. We are looking for both a part-time and full-time sever, with the potential to cover shifts as needed. Bartending experience is a plus! Start date is as soon as possible.
