Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a respectful and professional work environment for all coworkers and guests.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience by managing a section of tables in our vibrant and busy atmosphere.
• Learn and sell our exceptional wine and spirits offerings to enhance our customers' dining experiences.
• Consistent follow through on steps of service and daily responsibilities in order to fulfill performance agreements.
• Maintain a team-oriented mindset to contribute to our successful tip pool system.
• Adhere to high standards of organization, attention to detail, and sanitation in compliance with health department standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a professional server, preferably in Fine Dining.
• Level 2 Sommelier certification or equivalent knowledge and experience
• WSET 2 spirit certification or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, vibrant atmosphere.
• Demonstrated ability to follow direction and maintain a team-oriented mindset.
• A track record of creating a respectful, positive work environment.
• Must hold a valid California Food Handler Card & RBS Certificate.
