As a Server at Glacier, you'll be at the center of the guest experience—delivering polished, attentive service while maintaining the energy and flow of an upscale sports lounge and nightlife atmosphere. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are confident, personable, and passionate about service. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Provide attentive table service from greeting to close-out Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems (Aloha, Micros, or similar) Upsell food, cocktails, and featured items to enhance guest experience Maintain strong menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation, and specials Manage multiple tables efficiently while coordinating with kitchen and support staff Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned Support team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of serving experience preferred Upscale, high-volume, nightlife, or sports bar experience is a plus Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures Why Work at Glacier High-energy, upscale work environment Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within an expanding hospitality brand Be part of an opening team setting the standard from day one If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive under pressure, and love creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
