Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and style Deliver engaging, personable service that enhances the overall guest experience Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems (Aloha, Micros, or similar) Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area at all times Monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly and uphold safe-serving practices Restock bar inventory and supplies efficiently to maintain smooth service flow Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for totals and change Support high-energy events, game days, nightlife service, and private bookings Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale bar, lounge, or nightlife environment Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros Strong multitasking and time-management skills in fast-paced settings Excellent guest-facing communication and customer service skills Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol Ability to stand for extended periods, lift bar supplies, and work nights, weekends, and event shifts
