This is a salaried Monday-Friday leadership role that combines people management, operations, customer service, and administrative coordination within a fast-paced and mission-driven music school environment. At Mason Music, our mission is: "Teaching, equipping & empowering the next generation of music makers." We are looking for someone who is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, proactive, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys helping both people and systems function at a high level. The ideal candidate is someone who can balance professionalism with warmth, communicate clearly, solve problems calmly, and lead with consistency and integrity. While not required, ideal candidates may have: Experience as a musician or private lesson teacher Experience in education, administration and/or customer service Experience managing people, systems or operations A natural ability to build trust and relationships with others This role is heavily centered around supporting and developing our teaching team.

Responsibilities include:

Managing teacher scheduling and lesson changes Supporting teacher communication and administrative needs Tracking performance metrics and operational goals Assisting with teacher observations, reviews, and feedback systems Helping maintain strong staffing levels and teacher retention Coordinating internal communication and support between teams Contributing to a positive, organized, and solutions-oriented culture This role also includes regular communication with students, families, and staff, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. We are looking for someone who is approachable, patient, composed under pressure, and capable of making thoughtful decisions in a dynamic environment.
