Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage table turnovers by bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety standards and allergen information Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Support sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations to ensure food safety Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Effective communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable to excel in guest relations Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
