In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. We are looking for individuals with positive attitudes that will help craft memorable moments for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Explain specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system ensuring quick turnaround Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation practices Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Ensuring adequate condiments supply level, cleaning server work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for order calculations, check splitting Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling skills Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
