Server

Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Server to join our team at The Biker and the Baker. As a server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible providing exceptional customer service and serving chef driven creative brunch menu that includes espresso and bar drinks . Your role will involve creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while making sure everyone is taken care of in an efficient and attentive manner . Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Support team members by helping with tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Create and contribute to a welcoming environment. Efficiently take orders and communicate with everyone including other coworkers. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Assist with some food presentation, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Experience Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Sales experience is a plus, as you will be encouraged to promote menu items and specials. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
