We are currently looking for an experienced server to join our family-oriented team! What You'll Do Welcome guests with warm, genuine hospitality and help create a cozy, inviting atmosphere Guide guests through our menu offerings including soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts, specialty drinks, and teas Take accurate orders and provide attentive table service with care and efficiency Help guests feel at home by building relationships and creating meaningful experiences Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room Work alongside our kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Assist with resetting tables, running food, packaging to-go orders, and supporting daily operations Share menu specials, retail items, and featured teas with enthusiasm Handle transactions accurately using our POS system Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times What We're Looking For Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude Someone who values community, hospitality, and making guests feel like family Weekend availability preferred Tea lovers and upbeat personalities are always a plus Why Join The Teaspoon?
