Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. In this role, you will be responsible for developing age-appropriate curriculum plans, fostering social and emotional growth, and ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in your care. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire children to explore, learn, and grow in a supportive setting that promotes early childhood development. Responsibilities Design and implement dynamic lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among children. Manage classroom activities to promote positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies. Support children with special education needs through early intervention techniques and individualized attention. Foster communication skills through storytelling, tutoring, and interactive play to enhance language development. Monitor each child's progress using standardized testing methods when appropriate and document developmental milestones. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss progress, address concerns, and support child welfare initiatives. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and early childhood education best practices. Experience with classroom management techniques suitable for preschool or daycare settings. Proficiency in working with children across different age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Expertise in curriculum development tailored to early intervention, literacy education, and Montessori approaches. Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with classroom experience involving standardized testing, lesson planning, tutoring, and teaching physical education activities. Pay:
