As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food preparation or ingredients. Ensure that all food handling and safety standards are followed during service. Deliver orders promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments. Assist with food preparation as needed to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
